The Evergreen Miniature Horse Club will be offering a perpetual trophy that the Judge feels is an exceptional driving Miniature Horse or Pony, for this show. This trophy is sponsored by the clients and friends of Randy Grimes. For those that knew Randy, his dedication for excellent training and for the horses/ponies was undeniable, one of the greats and we all miss him dearly.
For the award you will receive a photo of you and your horse winning the award with the judge. Your name will be placed on the Perpetual Trophy and you will receive a plaque to take home in honor of your placement. The trophy and plaque will be awarded on Saturday evening after the last driving classes. These will be awarded to the owner of the Miniature Horse or Pony who the judge feels is the exceptional driving Miniature Horse or Pony for this show. The trophy will be engraved with the horses name and the name of the owner along with the year of the award. The perpetual trophy will be brought to each Evergreen show it is awarded, and to the awards banquets as the end of the year in honor of Randy, and the individual winners of his award.
